Nickel, which is a minor component of all stainless steel jewelries, makes the jewelry more durable. In your case, we recommend that you consult a Dermatologist for an allergen patch test. However, if you still prefer to have your emblem to carry your precious memories with you, you may try to wear your emblem with the chain for a short period of time to see if there will be any skin reaction. If there is, replace the necklace chain with a solid gold or sterling silver, or you may convert it into a keychain.
